Staff Training

The basic concept of our add ons are relatively simple and should be kept that way! There is no need to complicate the process, no need for hard selling and if you have built it in as a mandatory there is no need for any staff training all they will need is the general grasp of the add on.

If your staff are offering the add on at the point of your customer signing up with you, it should take no more than 2 or 3 lines of sales script for your customer to say Yes or No. Every Yes means more revenue generated.

Once you have signed up, you will have access to a full time manager who will help you with any questions, problems you may have, plus the scripts you will need to help your staff understand how it all works. Its so simple.
