How It Works…
To upload your customers information simply log in to your account and click the Add ons button then select the correct Add on you have sold and complete the required fields. These fields are usually Name, Address, Telephone Number, and the Insurance Policy Number.
We will do the rest!
At the end of each day we download all of the new customer data from our brokers. We then clean and process the data before applying a unique reference number (URN) to each add on. A welcome letter is then printed and the appropriate benefits are tabbed to the letter (keyfob, Super Tag etc.) the letter is then Stuffed in to an envelope ready for posting the next day.
In some cases we can delay the process for you due to cancellations.
